Erica is a registered dietitian, fitness enthusiast and lover of all things food and nutrition. She has a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Whitworth University and Master of Science in dietetics, nutrition and exercise physiology from Washington State University.

She is a big believer that ALL foods can fit into a balanced lifestyle and that you can skip over the nutritious noise and dogma that is abundantly found in today’s diet culture to find peace with joyfully wholesome food.

I had so much fun chatting with Erica about navigating challenges in the world of health and wellness AS dietitians. It can be a struggle to want to stay up to date with all things healthy while also not get sucked into false narratives when diet/wellness culture can also be SO convincing and alluring to ALL of us.🙋‍♀️
